Mechanical Designer on the York University Rover Team, September 2011 to May 2012. I designed and machined several crucial parts of the rover and performed a stress analysis of the chassis. Our rover placed first in the Mars Society’s 2012 University Rover Challenge.
Engineering Intern at Tethers Unlimited (Bothell, WA) June to September 2010. I assisted the staff on their PowerCube water-electrolysis rocket concept (now the HYDROS CubeSat propulsion system), and helped them get Phase I funding from the US Air Force.
